Suzanne started her career in performance arts at a young age, and undertook a BAEd in Cardiff specialising in drama education whilst also training as a classical singer and dancer.
Since graduating from university she worked in secondary schools as a drama and dance teacher, then went on to open a private performing arts school for children in Rhiwbina, Cardiff which still runs every Saturday. Suzanne’s passion is musical theatre and has directed and choreographed many stage productions for children’s theatre and amateur dramatics companies in Cardiff.
During her time in schools, Suzanne spent a lot of time with SEN classes and also worked at Vision 21 charity as an instructor to adult with learning disabilities. Here her passion for inclusion and communication was ignited when using BSL with the students. To further this passion, Suzanne studied for many years and become a qualified British Sign Language Interpreter.
